The MoCI Reform Delivery Taskforce is the Ministry’s cross-departmental mechanism to drive priority reforms, monitor delivery against public commitments, and report to the Minister on a monthly cadence.
Its Terms of Reference (March 2026) establish membership (DG chair; one delegate per Department and Unit; Special Programs Unit as secretariat); scope (business-environment reform, trade facilitation, digital-services rollout, SOE supervision, and SME/cooperative programmes); and deliverables.
