Export Process

Check HS Code

Check the HS code and applicable measures on STIP.

Exporter Registration

Register as an exporter with MoCI (Business Registration + Export Permit).

Prepare Documents

Prepare invoice, packing list, BL, certificate of origin from SCCI, and certificates from MLFR/MFMR/MOAI where applicable.

MoCI Verification

Submit documents to MoCI for verification and stamping.

SOMSAD Declaration

Lodge the SOMSAD declaration through MoF.

Port Clearance

Clear the shipment at the port.
