Ibraahim Cismaan, the Director General of the Ministry of Trade and Industry of the Federal Government of Somalia, participated in a working meeting organized by the Office of the Auditor General of the Federal Government of Somalia. The meeting focused on accelerating and simplifying documentation related to the registration and implementation of government agreements and contracts.
The important meeting centered on improving government administrative procedures and simplifying systems related to agreements and contracts so that they become faster, more efficient, and fully compliant with the country’s laws and regulations.
During the meeting, special emphasis was placed on strengthening coordination and cooperation among government institutions in order to ensure that administrative operations and public services are carried out in an organized and transparent manner. Participants also discussed mechanisms to ensure that all government operations and contracts are implemented in accordance with the legal and administrative framework of the country.
The meeting further examined the importance of enhancing accountability and transparency in public administration, noting that these principles play a key role in building trustworthy government institutions that effectively serve the Somali people.
Director General Ibraahim Cismaan emphasized the importance of establishing modern systems within government institutions to facilitate administration and the implementation of government operations, particularly in the areas of agreements and contracts.
