Development Objective
The Project Development Objective (PDO) is to support progress towards increased access to basic digital financial and government services targeting entrepreneurship and employment, particularly for women.
The Ministry of Commerce and Industry is responsible for overseeing commercial and industrial activities for the State of Somalia, directing these activities in accordance with the requirements of national development.
