Somalia Economic Conference
The Ministry of Commerce and Industry organized the Somalia Economic Conference on May 28, 2024. The event featured the 2nd Somali-Italian Business and Trade Forum and the inaugural Somalia Private Sector Partnership initiative. Over 800 participants attended, including 40 international business leaders and investors from Italy, Ethiopia, and Djibouti. The conference aimed to foster collaboration and facilitate business-to-business (B2B) opportunities between Somali enterprises and foreign investors.
